Nice chat with the recruiter who set that expectations would be to speak with the hiring manager. However, they did not mention that I would also have to complete an Aptitude and Personality test before this call. I received the email unexpectedly asking me to do them both before the interview without mentioning it on the phone call.

Entrevista
The interview process was good, friendly and well organized. I first spoke with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next, I had a panel interview and a final discussion with an executive. Everything went smoothly and quickly, and I received an offer shortly after.
