Interview was in 2 parts, the first was a skills review question and discussion on my experience. The second part was an exercise where i was provided a screenshot and asked to detail my test plan within 10 minutes. Following the actual interview there was a HR rep who then proceeded with a HR based interview. Once this was complete at home i was asked to complete a personality test to complete the interview process
