The Interview started in a theatre with all other applicants. They ask some very easy, open-ended questions to the group. Your main goal is to just answer the questions. In the first step, they remove all the candidates who did not answer. The interview is followed by a one-on-one interview with a manager. I think they were mostly looking for well-spoken answers that shows you are a driven person.
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
