Very relaxed - answered questions and talked with current employees. It was less like an interview and more like having a conversation when meeting someone new. They made me feel very comfortable. I knew when I first talked with someone that this company was about building people up so that they can be successful!

A few phone calls to gauge interest and availability, define the proposed project. A firm offer letter defining salary, PTO, health insurance, 401(k), once offer was verbally approved was on my doorstep via fedex the next day.
