The interview process was really weird. I had a couple of brief conversations with two people and they quickly offered me the job. I found it strange the interview process wasn’t more in-depth and didn’t involve any other teammates. Their offered benefits are extremely minimal, which changed my salary needs. They met my salary expectations at first then, when I asked if I could take a few days to consider the offer, they rescinded the offer and said they were moving forward with a different candidate. The whole experience made me feel uneasy and uncertain about the security and organization of the position.
