Me llamaron porque habían visto mi perfil y les encajaba. Breve conversación telefónica y en el mismo día me hicieron la entrevista con RRHH explicandome por encima los requisitos del puesto y la empresa. Más adelante, tuve entrevista con el manager del cliente y con otro manager de Alten, mucho más enfocada al área donde iba a trabajar, con preguntas mucho más técnicas. Esta segunda entrevista fue algo más complicada.

First screening and then no word… Have been screened “for the first time” for different vacancies and different people. The process is always the same and they seem to not have me in their registration. Poor organisation.
