Pre interview on phone. The second interview had to be rescheduled at the last minute. Within days an interview was scheduled with 2 Managers. They appeared to have a checklist that they were working off of.

I applied via LinkedIn and emailing the recruiter. She got back with me within a week and scheduled a phone interview and gave me more information about the position and asked me some general interview questions about my experience. The next stage of the process was interviewing in person at their office with the hiring manager there.
