HR phone interview first. Then two interviews with two people each. First group was with a supervisor and manager from the department. The second group was with one of the officers from a different department and the hiring manager. Everyone was very nice and professional. After the interviews ended the HR rep came back in and spoke with me. She let me know I'd done quite well, and they would be in touch.

Entrevista
HR Screening Interview (Phone)
The first round was conducted over the phone with the Human Resources team.
This conversation focused on assessing my overall fit for the organization, reviewing my professional background, and confirming key qualifications.
The HR representative also discussed role expectations, company culture, and logistical details such as availability and compensation range.
Technical/Managerial Interview (Hiring Manager)
The second round was held with the hiring manager.
This interview concentrated on evaluating my technical skills, hands-on experience, and ability to handle responsibilities specific to the role.
It also involved scenario-based questions, problem‑solving discussions, and a deeper exploration of how I could contribute to the team.
The hiring manager provided further insight into the team structure, ongoing projects, and long‑term opportunities.
