The interview involved a visit to the site where I met the hiring staff. I was asked standard interview questions considering company background, relevant skills, and some basic technical questions. I then had a tour of the workspace.

Very brief. Competency and theory based. It felt more like a character assessment. Salary expectations was never asked. Two interviewers were nice and members of the upper echelon of management. They discussed the opening and why my experience in a former job would be beneficial in servicing a big contract
