Had to do a video interview then was called in for an interview 2 weeks later. Was asked about my experience and what I would expect working at Aldi. Lasted 20 minutes and the I was let go

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).

You'll just have to do a short video interview with one practical question and three interview questions. Each questions is 60seconds with 90seconds for breaks. So good luck. Make sure your microphone is working. Good luck 👍
