Entrevista
The process involves an online application form, online testing and a video interview. If successful in the previous you will then be invited to an assessment centre with around 4 others. The next stage is a one on one interview which is more intense. Following this you will get a decision and possibly offered a place on the graduate scheme.
Ridiculously long process and could have been much shorter. Lack of communication and support. No feedback was given after a 6 stage interview process. Went through all 6 stages over several months and only got an email at the end to say I'd been unsuccessful, nothing more.

Final interview- background overview, v intense questions re family, expected to back up with concrete examples

Entrevista
Group interview. Several stages of presentation and problem solving exercises. 6 people were present and the whole interview took less than 3 hours. Most of the questions revolved around theoretical scenarios that were relevant to managerial roles.
