Went to a job fair and handed in my application. Received a call from the District Manager for a one-on-one interview. Right off the bat, the DM said they don't hire Manager Trainee's "right off the street." I find that contradicting as many DM's are hired straight from college. Apparently having office management experience and a degree isn't as valuable as a new grad with no experience at all. I'd be weary of working for Aldi. Judging from my interview and the reviews on this website, pursue with caution.
