They send you a link for a coding assignment the minute you submit the application, so I don't think they read the resume. The coding assignment was long and hard. You need to be a Leetcode veteran to have a chance. I solved 2/3 problems perfectly and in the last one I got it right for 13/15 test cases, but it wasn't enough

Had my Akuna Capital quant dev interview recently — they asked two LeetCode-style questions (an easy warmup and a medium one). I solved both, felt good about it, but still got the rejection email the next day. Tough process, but good practice.
