Applied online and through campus recruiting. Recruiter reached out for a phone interview and they called me for 30 minutes. The interviewer was a quant trader and was very friendly during the entire process.

Given a biased coin that flips heads 70% of the time, how can I use it to give a 50-50% random outcome?
I was selected for numerical testing and then first interview. Basic competency based questions including machine learning and computer science. Focus on quantitative ability. Was a good experience overall with feedback.
Phone interview with expected value probability question. Interviewer is helpful and nice. Question was very unclear at first, so ended up messing it up, but interviewer was giving helpful hints.

Entrevista
First stage was a quick maths and sequence test. Some of the questions got hard towards the end to answer quickly eg. 124x57. 2nd Stage was a coding challenge where they asked you to complete 3 coding questions in 1hr. I only managed to finish 1 and a half but still made it through to the phone interview which I have not completed yet.
