Reached by talent acquisition, had straight away an interview with the Head of business in the UK. It has been a good overview of the Role but without a sufficiently deep screening of experience and capability. Main selection criteria seemed to be KPIs achieved on a similar role
Il processo di selezione si è svolto attraverso un primo colloquio con HR e direttore di divisione, seguito da un secondo incontro con altro direttore, fino all’offerta finale ricevuta formalmente
3 entretiens. 1 chargé de recrutement, un manager et un chef de région.
Les entretiens durent en moyenne 1h et sont très axés sur la motivation du candidat. Fort accent mis sur le tempérament commercial et non sur les aspects techniqeus

Everything was pretty simple. They asked questions to get to know you better. There were the team leader and the dipartment director, both very friendly. I would have appreciated a more detailed description of the job instead
