Very comfortable interview based on case studies - "here are our needs, how would you approach these." Every interview felt like a conversation where I was able to find out about what the company does and how it operates, while showcasing my relevance with specific past experiences or propositions. There were several interviews with leadership and technical people on different teams. These were all scheduled within one or two weeks which initially made me wonder whether there's a big deadline coming up that I am expected to fix issues for without having a chance to integrate, but that was a false impression. The company is just efficient.
