I saw and ad posted on CL and responded via email. Shortly, thereafter I received and email for a telephone interview. Joan, my recruiter contacted me by telephone exactly at the time of our first scheduled interview. She was charming and pleasant and requested I watch a video that will explain everything about the company and answer all my questions. I thought to myself how convenient and then she made an appointment to call me back within a few hours, that evening at 3pm. I was thoroughly impressed with the video and company's concept of conducting and selling insurance by phone, computer and high speed internet. No more driving to appointments, door knocking and no shows. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and made sure I was completely informed of everything to expect while working for AION.
