Hiring manager (based in US) did not have the opportunity to do the interview.
Local Country director was also not able to do the interview.
Initial meeting was with a Manager who wanted to do screening of candidates if candidate was fit for the profile applied.
Manager spoke 95% of meeting duration. Mentioned about company, type of person he was and what car he was driving.
