First is a phone interview from a human resources person. Next is a phone interview with a manager. Finally there is a face to face interview with that manager and a regional manager.

How do you currently prospect for business? Why are you looking to leave current employer? They did most of the talking.
Very standard interview. Was about sales and long term goals. Familiarity with retirement vehicles and when to apply them. Along with some role playing of scenarios. In this position the interview is generally a formality before hiring if you have the correct certifications.

Three part. Contacted by recruiter, had two phone interviews, and a final in person management interview. Final decision on employment made by regional manager based upon phone interview.
