1. Short interview with HR 2. In-person interview with senior web developer and content manager about my past experience and work methods 3. A home task that included creating a marketing landing page with CSM and admin to allow content managers to feed content into the page dynamically 4. In-person interview with a senior product marketing manager and the head of performance marketing (English interview) 5. HR interview Throughout the interviews they were very positive and engaged and made me feel like this would be a great fit. After the HR interview I waited for over a week and then received a phone call telling me they are all sick and couldn’t make a decision because of unavailability. After an additional week HR called me to tell me they personally liked me but Marketing needs shifted and they decided to look for someone with more experience in marketing (this is a web development job may I remind you). The process felt great throughout but ended on a very sour and unprofessional note.
