The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online aptitude and technical test, followed by a telephonic HR screening. After clearing that, I had two rounds of technical interviews focusing on problem-solving, SQL queries, Excel scenarios, and Power BI dashboards. The final round was with the hiring manager, where we discussed past projects, work ethic, and expectations from the role.
