I get the vacancy information from friend who works there. I give my application to their HR person. They call me to arrange test/interview schedule. If you pass the test, you will be interviewed by user, then by HR for offering.

interview is good but you need to pass test programming first about basic ASP.NET and C#, and for other interview process it just like others (personality, iq test and any other test that required in every other ASTRA's company)
