It was a very calm and professional process. I got a message from an AGCO recruiter who showed interest in my profile and asked me for an informal chat. I agreed and when we talked she said she thought I was a good fit for the vacancy. Then I was moved to a second interview with de coordinator recruiter who was a little bit more technical and asked me several question abou the requirements of the job and presented the role for me including salary and benefits. She then moved me to a last interview with the global upline manager who was very technical and asked me many cases and situations about the requirements of the role and my daily routine. He also asked me a lot of decision making questions and asked to present moments in my careers for situation x and y. After all of this I got a message that I had passed the interviews and the job was mine. 2 days ago I received a job offer letter.
