The company recruiter of this job reached out to me after viewing my profile on Naukri. She shared the JD and took all the information from me and then scheduled interviews. A total of 3 interviews were completed in the span of 10 days. Stating that my interview feedback was all positive, she collected all the required documents to start the offer process. Since then, she is not reachable. I tried reaching her and the hiring manager by calling/texting/emailing, but they have ghosted me completely by ignoring it all. The issue here is not whether they made an offer or not! Not every candidate interviewed is offered. But having spent some valuable time for the interviews, the candidates deserve to know the feedback or at least, a yes or no. The hiring team of AGCO has clearly failed here. This shows their level of professionalism. I am glad that I don't have to work with these unprofessional people.
