The interviewing process was structured, well thought through and according to my role, I met with the hiring manager, key team-members, peers and senior leaders of the organisation in 6 rounds.

- Can you tell me why you are considering a new workplace and change.
- Tell me about a time when you had to give someone difficult feedback. How did you handle It? What was their initial reaction?
- What significant goals have you set in the past and accomplished?
- Tell me about a time you received difficult feedback
- Describe a time when you were successful working on a team project.
- Tell me about a time when you took an existing process and used your own creativity to make it better.

Entrevista
Recruiter was communicative, made it very convenient to schedule and offered helpful advice. Interview process was relatively smooth and quick. The interviewers were very personable and transparent regarding questions, expectations, or concerns.
