First, let me say there are 2 interviews that I went through for the position. First one was with 3 employees. Interview process was just like any other company - tell us about yourself, previous experience that relates to the position applied for, difficult/frustrated customers and how to de-escalate the issue. I received an email a day or two later letting me know they wanted me to do the 2nd interview that would include the CEO of the company. Went to that interview the following week. He did ask more detailed questions, but nothing nerve wracking. It was a pleasant experience all the way around.
