Applied online. First phone interview with HR, then in person with managers or supervisors. The first round went well, very relaxed and professional interview with HR. However, the in person meeting with the Managers was different. I felt that they did not read my resume prior to the interview and also did not know what they were looking for yet. The position wasn't even ready in my opinion, a waste of my time.
