I only interviewed with the temp agency who placed me there. The temp agency asked me if I knew billing. I had not been in a position in which billing was the only thing I did. I replied that yes I did. Once hired at AFL, I had to work as a temp for a LONG time before they hired me full time. They seem to have a revolving door with temps. While I was there, they hired and let go at least 10 temps.
