Spoke directly to an Associate in the first, screening, interview (phone). Met with the Associate who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Discussed the position and possible career path in the company, which he was very honest and direct about. He also shared much of his experience and advice, which was extremely helpful and made the interview more smooth. Met with Principal and some members of the team, all of which seemed very friendly and made the environment seem very nurturing and growth-friendly. Very positive experience overall.
