A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn asking if I was interested in the position. It was for a Project Manager in their Due Diligence division. I messaged back saying I was interested. She connected me with the VP of Recruitment. Then I had a phone interview with ms VP, general questions like my experience, why I'm looking for new opportunities etc. After that about 3 weeks go by before I hear back. I get scheduled to have a interview with the VP of Due Diligence. Mr VP goes into more detail about the role and also asks about my experience and certs I have as well as answering all my questions. Shortly after Ms VP reaches out via email asking me to complete a writing sample. The writing sample was pretty straight forward - I was given a doc with photos of different sites and a couple aerials. I had to describe what I saw which makes sense because thats really the bulk of doing Phase I ESAs. A few days later they sent me an offer.
Whole process took about 1.5 months
