Strike 1: they were 15 minutes late. Strike 2: they had weird questions (see below). Strike 3: they disliked my answers to said weird questions (as evidenced by screwing their faces up). They seemed bougie and the vibe was just off. They lied and said they contact me and awkwardly ended the interview. But I really didn’t care at that point.

Worst interview experience I have ever had. I applied over email, they contacted me via phone for an initial interview with no warning (9pm for me), and the next day hosted a zoom interview with 2 of the leads. I already had a negative impression of the company based off of how one of the leads spoke to me over the phone, bragging about how they are the elite of ABA companies and most of their RBTs aspiring to become BCBAs aren’t skilled enough to ever become BCBAs at their company. I unfortunately decided to follow through with the interview despite my initial gut feeling. The first lead asked strange questions, followed up my answers with a blank stare or disgusted expression, and was overall extremely unpleasant. They both seemed fake and are not ever people I would choose to work for.
