The process was absolutely seamless, helpful HR representative, professional mobilization team that are incharge of the onboarding.
Good experience with the interview as well, amazing senior engineers who focus on technical aspects of the interview.
My suggestions
1. Always follow up with you application
2. Be confident in the interview try to explain every bit of information you give even when you are not absolutely certain.
3. Have some visuals will be helpful to give a better perspective of your projects
4. Again follow up at every other later stage of the process.
Only face to face interview and no written, asked based on your resume. For example, what is the machinsm of ELS? How to determine Grade III rock? What is your Capstone and Final year project?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

Entrevista
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
