Stay away from AECOM!!! I went to an hiring event and the speaker stated that the salaries are fixed. Then the first question the recruiter asked me was what is my salary requirements. Having worked overseas before, I gave her a number that I made last time I was over there. She stated that the Government had set a price that was $60,000 less. This is a bold face lie and I walked out of the interview. That is not how Government Contracting works!!! AECOM lowed balled the Contract and the Government accepted the low bid! They are only interested in getting bodies on ground and could care less if they know anything.
