Entrevista
Employee referral is preferred and prioritized, an employee will forward his recommendation to the manager of the department that needed people. Once the manager has reviewed the resume, he will then contact the Human Resource recruitment manager will email an invite for interview and arrange the manager and other technical people to conduct the interview. Interview may take 5 to 15 minutes and depending if they require more tests and questions it may take longer time. After the interview they can right away say they are interested and will contact you the soonest. the same way if they do not like you and will tell you that you are not suitable for the position.

3 round conducted including client round but as I join company is very good. Aecom is really and empower caring company. Also supervisor is also very good. It is really good experience

Entrevista
The interview was easy....did not make me nervous. It was a very friendly conversation to discuss my skills and how that can help the company. The input that I received about the company and the team that I will work with was very motivating and inspirational. During the interview process, I learned the expectations that the team has for the position. I explained how I can contribute to the company apply with my skills and education.
