Rather smooth and fast. One phone interview by national recruiter. Then two virtual calls by area manager. Normal sales pitch questions, reviewing resume, average interview process. Be prepared to cold call, door knock, mailers and high sales quota

What interest you about working for ADT? What is your level of sales? What do you think a normal day would look like?
Sent in my application, I heard back within a few days of sending it in. Set an interview date with my would be manager. And I received the job offer the same day as my interview.
Two hour zoom interview, with the local sales manager. Pretty standard questions. Wanted to know about my background, and why I chose this route in my career. Gave me a general overview of the position, and if I was comfortable doing the job. Explained what was needed from me to achieve my goals. Overall seemed like a very smooth process.

called 2 times they offer 60k with benefits however it's straight commission and you use your personal vehicle and phone they did say they provide a W2 for employment not sure what else to say seem like a turn and burn company
