hiring all the time it means one thing no body take the job , salary only on commision base, very difficult to sell home security system,you have to reach your quota,you have to call or visit customers.pressure on the job

Slick and easy. I was asked to upload my CV then in voted for an interview. Follow up questions were asked and then a simple background check was done post offer subject to checks. The whole process took two weeks and I started the following week

I was asked about any previous roles and how they aligned to the job description.
Responded quickly was a group interview, went over training process and potential bonuses, shifts that were available, potential overtime, everybody was friendly and well knowledgeable, Office had no windows, I suspected high turnover

It's an easygoing process. I was able to set a phone interview for the next day after my initial application response and it went well. The process was very low pressure.
