The sales manager, M.M. seemed like a pleasant fellow. Low-key and made me feel comfortable. He stressed the on-line education process and recommended I go out to watch the installations and learn as much as possible. Suggested I buy lunch for these guys and make friends to get the best info. I was hired in less than two weeks.

Can you stay focused on learning this "specialized" training and ignore the red-tape bullchit that the company with throw at you?
Sent in my application, I heard back within a few days of sending it in. Set an interview date with my would be manager. And I received the job offer the same day as my interview.
Two hour zoom interview, with the local sales manager. Pretty standard questions. Wanted to know about my background, and why I chose this route in my career. Gave me a general overview of the position, and if I was comfortable doing the job. Explained what was needed from me to achieve my goals. Overall seemed like a very smooth process.

called 2 times they offer 60k with benefits however it's straight commission and you use your personal vehicle and phone they did say they provide a W2 for employment not sure what else to say seem like a turn and burn company
