My interview experience was disappointing due to a clear lack of organization and professionalism throughout the process. To begin with, I waited approximately 45 minutes for the technical lead to join the interview, without prior notice or explanation. This already reflected poorly on the company’s organization and respect for candidates’ time. Following the interview, I was informed by HR that my application was rejected because my SQL skills supposedly did not meet the requirements. However, during the interview itself, there was no technical test, no practical exercise, and no structured technical questions related to SQL. As a result, it is unclear how such a conclusion was reached. The feedback provided did not accurately reflect what was actually assessed during the interview, raising concerns about the objectivity and rigor of the evaluation process. Providing definitive technical judgments without proper assessment feels misleading and unfair to candidates. Overall, the interview process lacked structure, preparation, and clear evaluation criteria. This experience left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices.
