It seemed like right out of the gate the recruiter seemed to want to switch the time we call last minute, and when I said it didn’t work out she called me at our set time anyways. It seemed as if through the whole interview she was in public and distracted- leading to a severe lack of questions, I asked more questions than the recruiter! After my second interview with the VP of sales went well I got scheduled for a field day. The field day was pretty fun and went okay but once that was over and I was interviewed, I got asked the weirdest questions and it felt like they didn’t really care to know me. The whole process felt so transactional. Come a couple days, I got rejected by the recruiter and got no personal message, it was just “hi, thanks for applying!” After the third interview you would think it’s more personal and at least have the email include your name. I ended accepting another offer so no harm no foul but this speaks volumes about their culture.

Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.
