Overall expectation from the interviewer was that I was OBSESSED with working the idea of working specifically at ADP for a role that wasn't even a full-cycle sales role, essentially waiting around for someone to leave and trying to scrape by in a territory that is already hammered by veteran execs and the competition. Felt disrespectful of my time and genuinely egotistical. Not interested in stepping foot in one of these offices if I'm expected to drink the kool-aid prior to first round interview.
During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes

What are qualities you look for in a good manager?
It was on a zoom call and was difficult! The lady interviewing me was awesome though, she actually ended up giving me some good advice before I moved on to the next round. It ended up not working out, because I moved, but everyone was great. Be ready to answer their questions!!
