Very straight forward! Great process went very smooth and took roughly 2 weeks in all from first call to offer meeting. HR and the sales team were great with making me feel comfortable and see the amazing culture. Excited to get started!
Looking for outgoing / hardworking people. Don't necessarily need experience before but it helps. Just show your trustworthy and a hard worker. There are about 3-4 rounds with different management. You get to shadow an employee for the day as well.
Structured and thought out with key tasks and questions around what it takes to sell into upmarket sales. Get the impression would be challenged to grow as part of working at ADP

During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
