I applied online through Linkedin. The next week received an invitation to either do a pre-recorded video interview or a phone screening, I opted for the phone screening. It was a simple and straight forward 30minute conversation which went over my previous employment, received information about the position, interview and training processes. The same day I received an invitation to complete two assessments which tested grammar skills, personality questions, and a mock call from a client. The following business day I was invited to an in-person panel interview with two managers scheduled for the following week. The panel interview was simple they wanted a description of my previous experiences, went over some STAR behavioral questions, and ended with them wanting my feedback on a call. How well the specialist handled the call, what could have been done to improve the client satisfaction etc. I received an offer from another company with higher pay, better hours, and better work life balance. From the information the recruiters and interviewers had told me about the position and company, there are more cons than pros and I would only interview for/accept an offer for this company if you are in dire need of a job.
