Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ADP (Chicago, IL) en may 2019
Entrevista
Pretty straightforward, direct and clear. Interviewed for 3 rounds, had to describe experience. The interviews were about an hour long and did a ride along with another representative. The office was nice and everybody was welcoming.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en ADP (Tampa, FL)
Entrevista
Genuinely the most unprofessional place I have ever interviewed. They wanted me to do a ride along with an absolute loser of an employee that barely knew how to talk to people (was also 20 minutes late). We did absolutely nothing and I learned nothing. Then I waited another hour and 20 minutes on the sales managers who I saw walking around/chatting but "weren't ready" for the panel interview. After all that they didn't even show and just sent someone from HR to finish the interview. After all of that, I was rejected because the loser I road along with lied and said I was on my phone during the whole ride along (checked my screen time over the 1-hour ride along and it totaled 4 minutes). Emailed HR after being rejected so that I could speak to the sales manager that couldn't care to complete an interview and was ignored completely. Garbage company.

Do you hate losing more than you love winning or something like that.
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en ADP en abr 2023

I did 3 rounds of interviews. First one was with the recruiter and next two were with senior managers. I was never contacted or given an offer after the 3 rounds, however I did not follow up. I was no longer interested in the job. Listing my red flags below: 1. They can't digging deeper and seemed worried when I told them that a healthy culture is important to me. Very big red flag. I get the vibe ADP is cutthroat and doesn't care at all about their people. 2. I mentioned to my 3rd interviewer, who is local to my market, a direct competitor of them in our city that I interviewed with. He didn't even know who they were and sort of insulted them. 3. For a large corporation like ADP, when I show up to the interview, I expect more than a shared office space. I walked in the office building and ADP's name was no where to be found. I had to walk into another business to ask them for directions. They knew exactly where to send me because I'm obviously not the first to ask. Talk about a lot of turnover? 4. Had to end 3rd interview early because he had to go pick up his child. Which is totally understandable! Family comes first. But here's the thing: he was a jerk about it. Also, I don't get the impression that if I worked for him he'd be as understanding as I was.

"I'm concerned when you talk about culture. Can you explain more?"
