3 step process that took roughly 1.5 months from application to job offer. First step was a recorded web video interview that consisted of 6 questions (you get 5 attempts to answer each question). Second interview was with the team lead and lasted roughly an hour. Third interview was with the hiring manager. Second interview asked STAR questions and the third interview was more like a conversation where we discussed more specifics of what the job required.

The video interview is the begins the initial interview process. There are 5 questions and have 5 attempts with a 1-2min window before the video begins recording. You can rerecord yourself if you do not like the way the video turns out.
