Was called by a recruiter for two different positions. One recruiter got back to me the day of my in house interview and told me I wasnt a fit. The other still to this day has not contacted me. Have the decency to let a person interviewing for a job in your organization know if they got the job or not.

Tell me about the most controversial situation in your life, how did you handle it?
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.

Come prepared the recruiter definitely will set you up because in the end they get paid on you getting hired. Take a day or two to at least prepare for it and wear a suit if you’re a male female business suit works well too go in confident with enthusiasm and high energy
