After starting with the company as a Customer Service Rep in the payroll processing headquaters call center, I was asked to apply for the position of Account Executive. I learned a lot during this time and was eager to pursue advancement opportunities with the company. After being "recruited" to apply by my manager then completed the application process, along with necessary HR forms.

There really were not any real difficult questions, it was more an explanation of the process and assessing my ability to accept there was a bit of a learning curve with the job.
Prescreen call, then did an online interview with the manager and another Implementation Specialist. They both told me about the job and asked questions. Afterwards there was a background check and a call to offer the position.
