Had several interviews, first over the phone with another associate to answer any questions I may have about the position. I then met one-on-one with a manager who followed the STAR interview method. I later met with a "panel" of two managers who proceeded to ask similar questions.

Virtual Interview was great. Both managers on the zoom link seemed genuinely interested in my resume. They ask quantitative questions and allow time for the candidate to ask questions of them at the end. You are sent a list of questions by the recruiter and they seemed to ask directly after that. Practice with those questions and watch those TikTok videos for help with insightful questions to ask the interviewers if you're struggling.
