I applied for the payroll support representative role on Indeed and I was contacted by a recruiter ( through a temp agency) a few days later. The recruiter asked me about my resume and why I wanted to work for ADP. The recruiter told me that I would hear back from the temp agency’s hiring manager and have an interview a few days later. The hiring manager called me on MS Teams and asked me questions using the star method about why I wanted to work for ADP. The interview lasted for 30 minutes. After this interview I was informed that I would be moving to the 3rd interview with ADP’s team leader who managed the team that I would work with. This interview also lasted 30 minutes. I was informed that I would hear back from the recruiter, which I did today and I got the job!

I had interviewed with several positions within the company before doing this one. Of them all, this one was the one that I felt most comfortable. They ask a serious of situational questions.
