This was the second position I'd been contacted about. The first position I'd had an interview with the recruiter, taken a test online, only to be ghosted without a response. Fast forward to this position. The first interview was with the recruiter, followed with a second online with camera interview with the hiring manager. All went well but weeks went by! I had chalked this one up to being ghosted AGAIN since my email follow up was ignored and I never had any updates. From start to finish, the time I finally received the recruiter call to inform me they had promoted within, was about 2.5 MONTHS!
