I was contacted through another website by a recruiter. I scheduled a phone interview. After that I went to the headquarters for the region and met with the VP. Lastly I went to the local office and met with the person in charge there. It was simple and straightforward.

Would you rather be the number one person on a team, and have everyone dislike you? Or would you rather be the number seven person on a team, and have everyone like you?
During the interview press some of the employees were on their phones or computers. One lady acted like she was bothered to even be there before the interview had begun.
3 step interview process. First a call with the recruiter then a call with the VP. And then a role-play with a panel of managers. Mangers will give you feedback at the end and then will have you shadow a sales executive for 15-20 minutes

What are qualities you look for in a good manager?
It was on a zoom call and was difficult! The lady interviewing me was awesome though, she actually ended up giving me some good advice before I moved on to the next round. It ended up not working out, because I moved, but everyone was great. Be ready to answer their questions!!
